1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the p789 game website located at p789game.com, including all games, services, promotions, and features accessible through it.
• "Account" means the individual registered profile created by a Player to access the Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account or is otherwise using the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

To access p789 game's full range of games and services, you must register a personal Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid email address.

• Each Player may hold only one Account at any time. Multiple Accounts held by the same individual will be consolidated or closed at p789 game's discretion.
• You must not register or operate an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Account credentials, including your username and password, are personal to you. You must not share them with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must notify p789 game immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

p789 game reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.

4 Age Verification and Eligibility

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. p789 game will conduct age verification checks on all Accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request, and may request identity documents at any time. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification.

In addition to the age requirement, you must also confirm that: (a) you are not a person who has been excluded from gambling or gaming services under any applicable self-exclusion agreement; (b) you are not an employee, officer, director, or agent of p789 game or any related entity; and (c) you are accessing the Platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the p789 game Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via multiple local payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and Visa/Mastercard.

• Deposits are credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. p789 game is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment networks.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by p789 game within the timeframe communicated in the Platform's help documentation. Actual receipt of funds may vary depending on your chosen payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• p789 game reserves the right to request proof of the payment method used for any deposit before processing a withdrawal from that payment method.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

p789 game offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered.

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are subject to the currency and transaction rules set out in Section 5.
• Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available to eligible Players once only and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• p789 game reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any promotion or bonus at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's Account at the time of amendment, the original terms will continue to apply to that specific bonus unless the Player is notified otherwise.
• Any suspicion of bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or wagering in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus and may result in Account closure.

7 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

p789 game is committed to providing a fair and honest gaming environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation, and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical means, including the use of bots, automated scripts, or exploits.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, including stolen card details or falsely claimed chargebacks.
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes.
• Registering multiple Accounts for the purpose of exploiting promotions or circumventing any Platform restriction.
• Any activity that p789 game, acting reasonably, determines to constitute an attempt to defraud the Platform or other Players.

p789 game uses monitoring and risk management systems to detect suspicious activity. Players found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct waive any right to balances held in the affected Account(s) upon closure.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the p789 game Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interface designs, and promotional materials, is the property of p789 game or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any part of the p789 game Platform without the prior written consent of p789 game. Any unauthorised use of Platform content or software constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p789 game's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

p789 game shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) any loss of data or loss of access to data; (c) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any nature; or (d) losses arising from events beyond p789 game's reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, power outages, or third-party service interruptions.

10 Responsible Gaming

p789 game is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Players in Pakistan. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within your Account settings at any time.

If you believe that your gaming is causing harm to you or those around you, please make use of these tools immediately. 11 Account Suspension and Closure

• A Player is found to be under the age of 18.
• A Player breaches any provision of these Terms.
• Required by applicable law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority.

Players who wish to close their own Account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in the Account (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the last payment method used, subject to verification requirements.

12 Amendments to These Terms
